Don't want to get to ahead of my self.
Want to get this working first off

If you go through the same steps as previously, everything should work. Don't forget to use the TP Plugins and check the 'Detect Hardware On Startup'.
Also use the VR_$11_v1.05-tp5.adx ADX.

How many plugins should now be showing in the software programme: tunerpro RT/ help/ plugins?

Just the two, unless you've downloaded the OSE Plugin.
You're using the 'default' TP ones though.
Set preferences as before.
Maybe try to connect to Flashtool?

Will try some other time. what could be wrong with the laptop settings? or could it be a bad cable?

I know it says in the PDF you don't need the OSE Plugin to connect without an NVRAM, but why not just try it?
Cable would be tested prior to postage.

i will re-try the ose plugin. the only way i have been able to connect is with autoprom till this point. but with no error or frequency.
