Kewlio, any help would be appreciated, bin attached.
Original and then HexEdit and tool sum corrected attached. Hint look for ID: 12635735 SUM: 0x7E6A and ID: 12635733 SUM: 0x39D2

Not sure what your trying to do?? You changed the checksum and cvn for engine diag but nothing was actually changed so that will error out..

Then for engine operation you changed the checksum, cvn, and the cal number itself but that's it?? That will error out as well..

What are you trying to do? I would suggest starting another topic with your original bin and what your trying to accomplish.. Can't guarantee I can do what your asking but there are a bunch of people here a LOT smarter than I am, lol..

I am new to this forum but I has trying to use an Autel J2534 interface to read out a E67 PCM it shows the autel in the device selection but it will not connect is there something Im doing wrong or will it not work with this interface?

This is the message I get with I try to intialize the J2534

initialising Tool J2534 PassThru
Autel Intelligent Tech Inc. - MaxiFlash Bluetooth...
NOT ok: init: 8

it also has the same message when I use the USB connection

Thanks

Might have to point it to the dll for the Autel tool..
start up the program, select J2534 pass thru then click on settings on the top and mouse over pass thru and then click on dll location.. On the right you can manually edit the dll location.. I do not know where the dll location is your your autel device but guessing you can find it? It is also in the registry if you can't find it looking around the program files(x86) folder..

I do not have an E67 to test with but wondering if that key is correct, try selecting 0xffff in the key dropdown and type in CB9A and give that a whirl.. other than that I have no idea, stock ecu or has this been tuned?

the DLL is in the correct place i double checked it.. I've used the autel J2534 on this computer with another App so I know it works, but it will not work with PCmHammer... can you guys think of anything else I could try?

Thanks

Will this ever support E37 ECMs?

PCMHammer is VPW only, it does not support CAN ... YET!
PCMHammer should work perfectly on a VPW PCM with the Autel.

The Autel responds a bit different then others, I suspect daniel2345's program is miss interpreting the response, thus erroneously failing on an expected response!

I try to read the ECU in bench. Is it possible that the immobilizer release is missing and therefore I can not read it?

ECU is tuned, is from a Hennessy.
