Converting 5D files to 12P

Hi guys does anybody have a spreadsheet or short program to convert a tuned 5D file (VN V8 Auto ) to a 12P file.
Fuel and ignition tables ,VSS,AFR tables injection etc ???.

i think its pretty much a matter of getting the tables you want, copy them into excel, adding the extra cells needed to fit the $12P tables then paste them in
