Its still another ball game to me. I have to have a MAC OS running in a virtual machine.. which (when it pleases) stops working or allowing complication for no apparent reason so that I can debug with the iphone.
To say its been a headache.. is an understatement. :wtf:

am I understanding correct that this is strictly a phone app or will it work on pc as well?
In a couple months time when Microsoft finishes their new system, it will be Android, iOS, MAC and PC.

Currently it is Android and iOS smartphones only.

MAC and PC will both be USB connection only.
I haven't used my android(I think it's a galaxy a11) for anything but a phone, I should probably step into the future, lol. As you know I have a lot of ecm/pcm/tcm's on the bench for testing. This sounds really cool and would be glad to do whatever I can to help. Being in the states, we have different cars than you mentioned. Plenty of threads here mention cars I have no idea what they are  Let me know how to arrange cashola :)

Thanks all!
It will be exciting to get some prototypes out there for tinkering!

Hopefully not long. Hoping to have a little demonstration video done today.

Interesting, this also opens up buying a cheap android TV box for essentially a small portable pc.
And the higher end android based scantools in some workshops.
