Injector Flow Testing Data
Re: Injector Flow Testing Data
yep no doubt it will, though so far i haven't had demand for much over 42lb, though really it's only the high DC and RPM tests that will test it, low stuff and calibration type runs wont be an issue. I am toying with purchasing a used HP Switching Control unit and setting up automated runs with the psu and pcm.

Re: Injector Flow Testing Data
you can also test only 4 injectors at a time to give you the capacity if needed!
No matter what the question is, the answer is always more horsepower!

Less injectors less flow required, won't max out the pump, I think that's what he's getting at.
Re: Injector Flow Testing Data
yeh thought so.

Did some testing on brand new Bosch 1000cc injectors from Jayme

Re: Injector Flow Testing Data
definitely looks like more of a misty spray than the deka's direct stream hehe

nice action shots there.
Whats with the 0 dead times below 8V?

I'm the director of VSH (Vlad's Spec Holden), because HSV were doing it ass about.
Re: Injector Flow Testing Data
no go, they need'd quiet a bit of time and even then very erratic. cranking usually doesn't go below 10v so shouldn't need it, but can put the default max in 3.89

Re: Injector Flow Testing Data
oh ok.
So basically they don't operate properly below that voltage.
