hard to tell, but yeh if i get one spare ill cut the tip off.

unscrew the metal cap so they say.the v6 sprintcar guys here started buying them up.then someone on the turbo page on FB said they flow 50 uncapped that would be correct 3x the flow for meth
If Its Got Gas Or Ass Count Me In.if it cant be fixed with a hammer you have an electrical problem

yeah except methanol is 2.3 times ;) but yeah works out to be about 45-50lbs to be on the safe side.

so i just took the end off .its screwed on nice fine thread and sure enough the plate in the screw on tip with 4 holes is just sitting there and flicks out. you could tailor make any flow rate just by swapping in other discs from donor injectors with bigger holes

good to see, wonder if the tip is a restriction at all, or if even they get better atomization without having it all forced through a single hole, ill do some testing here when i get a chance.

I would suspect its kinda ballpark, but may not be as consistant. Would be interesting to see before and after of a few.

did you just get the tip off or the whole end housing? The one i have here to mess with the whole end housing spins in the end of the injector, ive tried holding in the middle with pliers so i can try and take the end tip off but dont have anything small enough that will hold it.

i just grabbed the metal end cap with vicegrips and turned it while holding the injector in my hand lefty loosy .its lock tighted on and i had to screw it foward and back a couple of times to break the seal then it just unscrewed

the whole shiney metal end comes off then the spreader is just sitting in there

i checked on two i have here and both just spin the whole barrel, to get the tip off id need something to grip the barrel. Ill prob just cut the tip on this one with hacksaw :shh:
