and if its anything like mine when it happened, I needed to remove almost 50% fuelling at idle to get it close to the right reading on the wideband!
smallest crack in the regulator diaphragm!

No matter what the question is, the answer is always more horsepower!

It pretty much floods a stock untuned engine when that happens.
I'm the director of VSH (Vlad's Spec Holden), because HSV were doing it ass about.

Run the motor with the line off, if nothing comes out, it's not the issue!!

Re: Posdible Holden 5 Litre Ignition Module Failure?
I haven't got to run the car yet. But I was checking the sensor readings today in tuner pro. The coolant temp jumps from 24.5 to 25.3 flat out.
Is that an acceptable amount? I'm not sure what the increments are in the scaling. Wiring checks out ok by eye.
For interest the MAT is 26 and charge temp is 25.25 steady.

Got the car running this afternoon didn't miss a beat.
I had the ecu and module and my MSD all unplugged while fault finding maybe a loose connection somewhere?
I first started it with the vac hose off the fuel reg and all looked ok there. Drove for over an hour afterwards all ok!

MSD = May Suddenly Die
Hopefully now it stays running and was just a bad connection in a plug somewhere.

I've heard about their reliabillity apparently the newer it is the less reliable they are.
Could you make one of your modules or driver's do multiple spark under certain rpm?
