mine wouldn't turn on when i first got it, had to end up removing the timer.

Out of curiosity, has anyone ever tried a UV LED torch to erase memcals?

people have used allsorts uv toothbrush steriliser holder from hardware store battery operated.
If Its Got Gas Or Ass Count Me In.if it cant be fixed with a hammer you have an electrical problem

Yeah I got in the sh@t years ago for pulling the misses water sterilizer apart to erase a memcal in an emergency

Good to know, I haven't got around to getting an eraser but I do have a UV torch for looking for scorpions.

someone even welded some eproms empty once anything to get the job done LOL

maybe the lights in my PC will do the job.
