Are you using the correct model Walbro ?

Is this a n/a V6, S/C V6 or N/A V8 ?

it is for an NA V12

https://www.ebay.com.au/itm/460-LPH-E85 ... m570.l1313

Pump fits but does not have locating notch as per genuine and filter does not fit would love to know part number of correct one
I did modify the in tank module to make it fit but it turned out too dodgy for my liking
pump failure in the middle of a large expanse of water is a bit more of a worry than on the road :wtf:

Maybe this guide might give you the right pump. Also these pumps are awesome and not (as far as I know) subject to flooded counterfeit market like walbro are.

I think it's the 69 pump but I am not sure on VT onward pumps, 69 is definitely earlier GM design though like in VN to VS
I'm the director of VSH (Vlad's Spec Holden), because HSV were doing it ass about.

Why not run two pumps. One for each rail and then join the return after the regulator.

This i will make sure you have both rails fed adequately and that the return sends back as per normal after the reg. I would also look at a surge tank just to be able to manage your fuel delivery properly. Can all be controlled via relays and ECU.

cheers

The #11569 will refit into a VT n/a V6 fuel modules using the filter net from VR-VS. Pretty sure they are equivalent to the Walbro 255 LPH high pressure fuel pumps.
The ealier 460LPH pump you showed must have the wiring to them upgraded to handle the power draw.
