yeh i get that, most of us dont have the option of single/double for testing.

Nice job. Quite close to what Ford worked out for a Mk1 FG XR6T with 4 bar base pressure.

Ford and GM calculate the voltage offset / dead time differently.
Ford dead time is time until the injector starts to spray.
GM offset is the offset time to the linear flow rate intercept point.
