While I'm waiting for it all to arrive, do you think you could point me in the right direction with a VS3 or VT1 standalone loom pinout?

Have ordered the eaton bussman PDM, silly question as I've looked at several schematics, and I still believe I need to use 5 pin relays, as a signal output is needed to trigger other circuits.. could someone please confirm? https://www.autoelectricalparts.com.au/ ... 12vdc.html

4 pin relays should be ok, 5 won't hurt anyway.
When your ordered PDM did you get the one linked above? That has bridged fuse side but NO bridge on the relay side. That's what's needed.

Certainly did mate, Bussed fuse side only PDM..
