DFI wiring plugs ?

Post by briney »

hi guys. i have a 1927a 4 cyl dfi module i bought. i was able to get the 3 and 6 pin plugs ok. the 2 pin power/earth plug with the 1 large spade and 1 small terminal is eluding me. holden don't do it. i tried some places on the web and in australia. wreckers won't cut one off a loom. aside from finding one in a p'n'p wreckers and slipping it into my pocket, does anyone have a source for them ? the connector i mean can be seen here,

https://pcmhacking.net/forums/view ... 923#p11923

it's the 2 pin connector on the end of the module in the 2nd photo from the top.

my 6 pin plugs are ordered and on the way, but for the 2 pin, fat is power, skiny is earth, which is earthed thru the module base anyway. im just ognna put a fat spade lug on it and cover in silicone lol.

well, i havent said that from experience yet :P give me a few weeks and ill have tried it. multimeter links that pin directly to the module base and so does the diagram ive got so im pretty sure itll work with just the power pin hooked up.

Try these guys.

They seem to have nearly everything, although postage can be a little steep for one part.
