VN V8 Bosch Ignition Module - plug

Post by psyolent »

Howdy,

Trying to find the plug that connects to the ignition module - the part number is Bosch 2 227 000 104.....anyone know where one of these can be sourced from?

Many Thanks :)
Cheers,

The EAN code for the distributor repair kit containing Bosch part 2.227.000.104 is 3165142360751.
If you google that number, there's a few places to check out.

being a bosch specific plug not a GM/delphi one makes it near impossible to source. I had no luck either when I was doing someone elses car.
I'm the director of VSH (Vlad's Spec Holden), because HSV were doing it ass about.

Hello Greg

Thank you for your enquiry , re 2 227 000 104 , this part is shown as a deleted line from Germany , we have not had stock in Australia for 5 - 6 years the module is also discontinued about 2 years ago , however the last transactions we had were to Premier Auto trade , 03 9581 9100 & Injectronics, 03 8792 6999 , or Logicar 1300 334 334 may be worth giving them a try , or back through the Holden spare parts network, if they can locate New old stock?

Regards
Cheers,
Greg aka Sir Burnie Tanington
