Re: VE SIDI Wiring
isn't the SIDI the same as the VZ motor (other than SIDI changes) which is 3.6ltr ?
No matter what the question is, the answer is always more horsepower!

Re: VE SIDI Wiring
There 2 SIDI motors, a 3.0 Litre for Omega and Berlina and a 3.6 for the SV6 and Calais.
The old non SIDI 3.6 also continues for factory LPG models.

Re: VE SIDI Wiring
ahh right .... well it'd always have to be an SV6 for me anyways cause of the handling and nicer looking bodykits.
whats the 3L sidi v6 make then ? i have heard on holden ads the SV6 one makes 210kw ...

Re: VE SIDI Wiring
Hey guys
well after some research i found that tapping into the VSS wiring causes the ecu to fault. GM has made a VSS Interface Module PN# 92196495 . This plugs into the CAN Data Bus and gives a VSS pulse output........ hahahahaha almost a GM rev.eng. project
