L67 into vu ute. Cluster issues

Hi guys I've put an l67 into my VU ute and matched the pcm and bcm and it fires up perfectly but after about 5 seconds the transmission power light comes on on the cluster and the fuel gauge jumps up and down randomly then after about a minute the oil pressure light comes on and occasionly the engine light will flash. Just hoping it's something basic like swapping some wiring pins but hope you all can help

The VU likely had a flash PCM so what PCM and BCM did you use and what wiring harness was used

Hi I've used the pcm from the statesman the engine and trans came out of and used a wiring harness from a vt/vx super charged vehicle so it has the 3 plugs at the right top of engine bay. Using original bcm and coded the key with a g scan to get it running.

Edit. Original pcm was 445 service number and supercharged one in a 396 service number

What memcal meal is in it vt or vx or vy it might have messed up messaged being sent

Hi the engine came out of a Wk statesman which is the sam e as vy i believe so still using that memcal. I have tried swapping it into a 396 pcm out of a vt/vx but no joy.

Is there a difference between the vt/vx and vy memcal?

Vt vx and vy l67 all have there own memcals to suit there dashes and bcm and abs comms

Sounds like you may have mixed and matched some parts and its not happy.

The way I think is I've set the engine as a vx/vt l67 by using that model harness with the 3 plugs on the drivers side. Using a 396 pcm but it has a Wk mental in it. So if I put a vt or vx memcal in it will that sort it out?
