What else have you powered up in the LS loom?

So VATs has been disabled in the VY computer?

Have you connected the EFI relay to power injectors and coils?

Similar question really, When you turn the key to on (or in your case the switch) do you get the EFI pump prime and then stop, and thus get fuel pressure?

do you also get ignition when you crank?

Have you done a log while cranking etc to see what the ECU is trying to do and hence what the rest of the sensors are saying?

cheers

I ended up putting power to one of the black ones and power to the grey one to the pink wires and orange wires. and that got it started and removed the power wires I had to the ecm so really all I need now is pinouts for these plugs

Ill just add you shouldn't need to add any other powers or earths or tap in anywhere else in the engine loom. All your connections can be made directly at these 3 plugs. The engine harness can otherwise be completely untouched.

The 1 exception to this:
if it is auto and you are using the P/N switch to inhibit the start relay, and not using a properly linked BCM and PIM (which obviously you aren't since you had VATS disabled), you need to join 2 wires at the PIM connector. In a factory application the PIM will disable the starter relay if VATS fails (wrong key etc).

As I mentioned in the other post, the reason it won't run is almost certainly because you haven't connected the EFI relay. The injectors and coils will have no power. When you put power in these plugs you fed power directly to them
