Unknown V6 Engine Loom?

Post by L67PSI »

Hi All,

I picked up a cheap V6 engine loom. Part #GM92053 (080). Was told it was from a VT/WH, but it looks totally wrong. I am thinking it's from a VS V6. Can anybody confirm? Or does anyone know where can I find info on part numbers used? I have searched, but I only find links here on PCM Hacking.

Thanks
Dylan

Where are the connectors going to the body? VS is over at the battery VT is at the firewall and has 3 round style connectors for that.

it could also be a RFI Model VS, same plugs but different colour, same wiring to but i think you have to cut or file the tabs down to fit a regular VS ECU.

I don't think the RFI has the same plugs. I have a VR and a std ECU won't plug in. I do agree it may plug in after some filing of a plug.
