I have downloaded tunerpro and a xd file and bin file.
How do I view these in tunerpro ?

i assume you have installed tunerpro.
xdf menu to load the xdf file
file menu to load the bin, then expand the parameters treee to see all the stuff you can edit.

Simplest thing to adjust to see if you are doing it right is to bump the idle rpm up a bit. Easy to tell if the change is successful, unlikely to damage anything and easy to change back.
