hi there, been trying for the good part of today to burn several M27c256 eproms with my GQ-4X to try and get rid of my NVRAM ecu sitting on the passenger floor.
I have been loading my 12p bin file into burner program and burning with 0000 offsets, no stacking and burn away and all seems good. eprom was erased correctly each time and verified each time.
once I put Memcal into ECU and turn ignition on thermo fan on straight away and no start, mill light there, no flashing codes, EPROM is in socket correctly as with burner to.
I have taken a couple of screen shots of my burning process and attached BIN file. i know im not doing something right and have looked around and only come across switching pin positions on 1 and 27 for these eproms to function in these vn/vp ecus?
any help would be greatly appreciated.
Thankyou.

Use the flashtool to do a get bin and then burn that file. Your attached bin is from TunerPro so only has the calibration section.

Yep. For the record you can get the full bin for 12p with oseplugin, but you need configure oseplugin and deselect "get calibration area only". VL400s way is the simplest, though.
