NvRam Not Working?

Gday i have just recieved my nvram for my L67 VT Commodore, when i try to start my car it just cranks over and my thermo fans kick in, does anyone have an idea what could be happening,

That means no code or corrupt code. Needs to be re written to with a burner.
Connect with flash tool do a get bin and see how the data looks.

Can you move it over one more pin to cover that single pin I can see? I'm sure that's the write pin so would suggest the nvram board is not inserted correctly been a while since I messed with vt though
If Its Got Gas Or Ass Count Me In.if it cant be fixed with a hammer you have an electrical problem

can someone please confirm this i dont want to break anything, other wise it would be a waste of some cash

It is mounted correctly. The pin at the end is part of the keyway for a normal memcal and does not have any connection.

Did you get the pcm nvram from the1? Whats on it? Does it suit your computer?

Yeah it is for my computer i did get it off the1 and it is a L67 Auto tune

That looks right. It might be best to send the1 a PM since he hasnt dropped in on this thread yet. He may not have seen it or might be away but PM is your best option to get his attention.

I am assuming the car runs fine on the stock memcal.

Runs rough when its cold and its pretty gutless but i got a Generic "xu6" tune off ebay, i had sent the1 a pm linking to this post so im sure he will chime in when he is free, thanks for the help, ill try do a bin download later on and see how it turns out
