Yeah assume factory settings in 11p are good. Only change what you know you need to change due to hardware changes in your car. If in doubt usually leave it, or ask here.

For the other change, yes, cant change OS with tunerpro, need to flash with a programmer and because nvram is different size to factory eprom need to stack the tune. But... 11P is better.
