Hi, i have purchaced a VIN 1 (buick V6 1995 supercharged) from the states and i am after someone that can reprogram my current VN ecu to my new engine.
I live in Canturbury area New Zealand if anyone is willing to help please let me know.
The engine is in a jet boat.

Hi, have i asked the wrong question or will the stock VR computer run the supercharged engine?

any help would be much appreciated

No it wont run it without mods, you would be best off running 12P (https://pcmhacking.net/forums/viewtopic.php?f=27&t=356) and a VN ECU if going down that path otherwise run a S/C PCM from VS or later - I dont know how much difference there is in the US spec vs aussie other than the different blower config but it will certainly run better than an untuned VR or VN ECU :lol: The S/C PCM would need a few minor mods to the memcal such as disabling VATS and stopping fault codes for oxy sensor if your not running them.
