Tune for VN V6 with VT injectors

Post by psyolent »

Howdy,

Can anyone here help me out with a tune for the later VT injectors in a VN2.
The engine itself is completely stock with only a set of Pacemaker Extractors and 2.5" exhaust.
Note that the fuel rail is the standard VN2 so the regulator will only be providing 3.0 instead of the later VT with the 3.5.

Very much appreciated, thanks in advance.

Greg

I've done it before there's a thread on here sith a person whe delcoed a jeep.
I just opened a vt tune and copied over the add on times and opening times into a 12P tune.
Have a try see how you go. Put up some screen shots when you find the tables.

you can use my latest tune here, modify the injector parameters to suit the 777s and you have an excellent performance tune to suit your setup.

mind you the 808 and later VS onward ECU have a difference of 0.5ms. One of them has a built in offset that is at hardware level iirc.

I think it was the 808 and similar family? The1 told me of this, so maybe PM him and he should have the correct data for those to suit 808 family of ECUs

the VS-VY PCM's have a internal code offset 0.5ms, i do have it on my list to do some testing with this to remove it.
