Im also going to attempt a t700 conversion and adding cable kickdown with lockup on a switch as ive got the box as a spare just sitting there. Otherwise it would just sit in the shed for another 5 years with nothing getting touched on it.

Dunno if it possible and if it is i dont know what effect it will have with the ecu.

If you have any opinion what so ever about going down that path let me know. Cheers

Have an old CAN loom anywhere? Even an old stuffed V6 one?
Re pin the VR auto loom and run the proper ECU then. Correct code and easy speed sensor wiring too.

Well worth a look at

Ahh on my phone at smoking.

VN loom, use that for the ECU plugs and run a VR manual ECU.

I do have vn loom but i think ive chopped bits off all my looms haha. Cant my loom be modded to suit. From memory its not just the trans with different plugs isnt there a fair bit else thats different aswell that i would have to change to suit vn loom also? I think ive only got a vr os vs v6 manual ecu. I thought auto ecu could be changed to manual?
