I'm starting to think these are just standard VS rear brakes with a upgraded/slotted rotor. I seem to remember the HSV upgrade having finned calipers and vented rotors.

Send me a message, I'll send photos of stock VR IRS rear brake stuff in the cupboard and you can compare to your VS senator. If you haven't worked it all out yet.
