304 non roller into vt
Hey guys
I've taken out the 304 from my vt which has seen its end.
Wondering if I swap out the dizzy onto a non roller motor will I be able to run the motor in my vt?

Should do. But aside from the dizzy, you would also need to keep the same VT injectors and the knock sensor as well. That and plug up the hole in the manifold runner where the MAT sensor was which I think is a metric thread.
What happened to the old engine that it met its end?

I would think you might have to do a bit of VE tuning going from a roller cam to a flat tappet.

A Conrod broke into 4 peices hole in crank, sump oil pick-up and piston still in cylinder and dropped all coolant.
Was a good effort.
Thanks for advice.
