Box looks mint; you should give it a coat of aluminium paint it will look brand new :D

did cross my mind to give it a coat of something before putting it in, prob black to match the car :)

anyone want a 100k 4L60E ?
I'm the director of VSH (Vlad's Spec Holden), because HSV were doing it ass about.

or clean it with aluminum cleaner and seal with gibbs brand penetrate

yes and no, once wiped off there is no residue but the surface becomes sealed and water proof for a very long time.

I have done all my engine parts and they stay clean and new looking all the time now. The stuff loves alloy and cast parts.

there is nothing what with though. its like brand new given that it sat around for 16 years doing the odd k here and there. I just don't want it, making room for more T5s

I tried to get some of that Gibbs stuff but all the disties in aus have no stock.

Have uploaded the rest of the photos just have to sort and comment them.
