yeah my carby V6 is a 1987 I think, and has dizzy etc .....

if you can get a carby mounted to the engine then just run it spark only and remove the injectors and its wiring, and replace the fuel pump with a carby spec unit ?
keep the map sensor and TPS connected and it will use default values, you will need to sort out a few error codes, but spark only is totally possible, and if your putting a big cam in it you'll likely need to adjust the spark table....

Yep 87 was the last year of the old school bucks. LN3 started in 88
I'm the director of VSH (Vlad's Spec Holden), because HSV were doing it ass about.

yeah. flatten the top part of the V6 manifold.
plug the injector holes
ally weld a plate on the top and yeah and, mount a carb if you so feel inclined.
as has been suggested one of those 1000CFM quad throttle plates and injectors in it - with inbuilt TPS and IAC would be the go here ; with a big K&N round air filter - will look just like a carb version...

why block the injector holes? keep them and just run a 4 barre EFI throttle exactly like in the pic.

If you do go to carby you should note the vp doesnt run spark cut limiter so youll have no rev limiter.
