I just found this in the install folder too which may help?

I had to change extension from .inf to .bin to allow upload

looks like it is a passthrough driver, so it should be working, ill have to get a cable to test with and sus it out, thanks again!

If it helps further I tried with that test version & managed to get the MDI to show info...

thanks mate, yep same error as the tactrix, MDI, MDI2, cardacq, so im figuring now there's some issue with the commands on other cables other than vxdiag.

I have a tactrix on order so i can test with.

Ill look at the ecu relink option.

I'm assuming RA Rodeo H9A eng is a similar linking process? Can't find sfa about it.

Same ecu as VZ, updated a reset vz ecu with vin and cals with sps for rodeo, got p0633, solus edge, zeus and autel maxisys... none have an option to relink for that model, GM has made this extremely difficult for the average mechanic workshop.

there are other cars with what looks to be the same ecu, slightly different part number, but the internals are completely different, XC Barina or Corsa C is another one, same on outside but completely different inside.

ive definitely used vz computers on the rodeos with no problems. i have an mdi and tech2win though. i've tried multiple other scan tools but they are too hit and miss

yeah, I know there are similar, this one shared the same service number and almost same date codes, basically an LE0 with no variable cam timing at all, head are basically the same without oil journals drilled for vvt

just thought i'd try again - mdi2, vcm2, tactrix, avdi, vas5054a, autel maxiflash.
none of them can get it started. looking forward to trying again one day.
