pictures of various Motronic 1986-1994

here are some pictures of my Motronic ecu.
All from Opel. Opel start 1986 with motronic. Engine name c20ne, OHC, 2L, 115 hp. 4 Cylinder, crossflow head, 8 valves. The Last version came 1994. From 1986-1994 there were 4 version of Motronic on this c20ne engine. Board evolution seen on the picture.

1989 M1.5, throttle switch changed to throttle potentiometer, ecu connector now 55 pin instead 35

1991 M1.5.2, AFM changed to MAF, fuel pressure changed from 2,5 to 3 bar, new fuel injectors

1994 M1.5.4, DIS ignition, knock control, new fuel injectors, idle control directly on throttle body without hoses, exhaust gas recirculation, (compression changed from 9,2:1 to 10:1 - new engine code x20se, ML4.1/M1.5 - only the version without katalysator were offered with 10:1)

M1.5 for other engines:
M1.5 from C30SE engine, 6 cylinder straight, 24 Valves, knock control
i think the extra board is for knock control

M1.5 from c24ne, 4 cylinder, CIH, non crossflow head, 8 valves, 2,4L
the board layout is reduced, in the Bosch electronic part catalog this is named "M 1.5.1R"
