Ford Territory 2.7 TDCi SID204 supported

Post by VX L67 Getrag »

I know there is a few out there that have been waiting for this, I have been working with the developer of PCMflash & now supports SID204 Ford read/write/checksum over OBDII(no need to open case).

I wish this was cash for comments, but it really is a good reasonably priced read/write/checksum tool overall with using the tactrix cable, not just for this controller but most common turbo diesel's.

I have now got a pretty good grasp on most of the common Aussie turbo diesel files so if anyone wants a good starting remap file PM & send the original read & should be able to help out!

Here is the link to main page & I know most would be worried with it being a Russian site but it's clean just use google chrome or similar...

HAPPY TUNING!!!

What do most people use to log the later model common rail diesels & do they all share the same pid numbers to log?

I have never used this, stumbled across it a while ago. It looks to have many feature and supports many ecu's.

Thanks I didn't think about this, I used it on a 2003 mazda tribute a while ago & seemed to work ok, I might need to give it a go on the 2.7L TDCi territory.

I always found the ecu tools http://ecutools.eu site easier to read for the Russian tools. The bitbox update may also interest people.

Had a quick play with FORscan & the 2.7L territory turbo diesel yesterday & seems to work well!!!

Just need to know the best things to log & then adjust off for turbo diesel's, new kettle of fish for me.

It even works with same device for flashing(tactrix) so don't have to swap to the crappy unreliable ELM... win win
