Does a equivalent os like $12p exist for the 411 pcm

They go by many names, P01, P59, VPW, '0411 etc. Also covering E38 and newer here.

Has anyone developed an OS (other that expensive efi live / HP tuner) for the 411 (ls1) pcm similar to $12p that supports boost.
Seems the 411 is widely used but all my reasearching has found nothing developed supporting boost other than hacks that we can use tuner pro with

I believe the factory OS can be used by setting it up for mafless, and re-scaling the MAP for a larger sensor, although it'd be hacky. Nobody so far has released a free equivalent of the efilive or hpt custom operating systems. I dont think it'd be terribly difficult to do (for someone who is familiar with the territory), and it'd be great to see.

The Shelby series 2 uses the 411 and runs a supercharged northstar. Not the same as $12p but can run boost.
