trouble reading properties

Hi all,
I'm having trouble getting to read the ecm properties. I checked the obd port wiring and it matches the wiring I saw here. Do you have any suggestions?

It appears that your PCM is not responding ...

This is most likely either a Wiring issue or a PCM issue.

I highly recommend following this Schematic.

it turned out to be a disconnected 12v cable
