all data seems to be off in every bin i open. am i using wrong mask?

I cant tell you what OSID is in 56_demo_tune.bin from the screen shot, but most likely it is not OSID (mask in the old terminology) 12587603.

its just a bin im trying to put together for my 56 chev ls. this an 12587811 but being 1mb file only the 603 osid i could find for that?

Thats your problem. If you dont have an XDF that matches your bin, you'll need to consider changing operating system to one of the more mainstream ones, and do your tuning there.

yeah bugger.
i have a p59 from a awd ls1 (holden Adventra) i wanted to make it dbc it has the iac chip. i wanted to keep the basic config but i have to change it to dbc, 3 bar and remove vats.
