I agree the PCM is either not powered, not working, or not connected properly.

The main reason the "Read Properties" button is there on the main window is so you can use it to prove that the PCM is alive and the connection is working. It just sends and receives some very simple messages, so I always click it before I try anything else.

The PCM is still not responding ...

Was there a partial write failure on this PCM prior to the log in the first post ??
