writing DTC settings

Post by draz53 »

I found that if I change DTC settings (enabled/disabled, etc), then writing the configuration only does not write them, meaning pcmhammer says nothing was changed. Since the other choices are write paramaters, or write the entire OS, are these settings part of the parameters so I can do just a write parameters?

You want to write the calibration.. It's not in the drop down, it's right on the main screen..

Never mind, my fault as a new TunerPro user, I thought I'd saved changes to the DTC enablers in the bin file but they weren't saved.

It is a nice feature of pcmhammer that it reads each segment before writing to see if it needs to be written, and says what is being written or not. Hptuners for example doesn't do that, seems like it writes everything whether it needs to or not.
