The hardware ID is different from the operating system ID.
To get the operating system ID, connect PCM Hammer and click "Read Properties."

That's a 2003 Intel chipped unit, I suspect it has OsID 12579405, currently there are no XDF's for that OS, your only option is to change OS's to a supported OS, like 12587603.
Unless you are willing to try manual editing, I believe I have the VATS address for that OS ...
However if you're going to want to tune, I suggest you find a 12587603 OsID binary that is as close to your vehicle as possible and go from there.
