On p59, so can any year hardware get written to any year OS? Only speaking about p59 years and OSs.

On p59, so can any year hardware get written to any year OS? Only speaking about p59 years and OSs.

Obviously it must be a P59 OS and so far we only know of one NO NO when swapping Os's on the P59.

The OS 12579405 should not be written to a AMD chipped P59, it (OS 12579405) is only capable of writing to an Intel chip.
It is a 2003 Os.

It does NOT brick the PCM, however it also cannot write to the flash chip, thus unable to save a VIN change or write the Parameters from RAM ...
