12225074 XDF wanted.
Hello everyone. I'm new to tuning. I've got a VY SS Crewman LS1 4L60e I've managed to pull the bin from the PCM. My OS is 12225074, wondering if anyone has an XDF that will work with it? I've found some 12225074 XDF's online but when ever I try to save the BIN I get: "one or more checksums could not be updated" am I doing something wrong? Missing something?
Any help would be great!
Cheers Rod.

Give this XDF a try. The checksums seem to work for me. You could also try editing your bin with Universal Patcher, that will automatically update the checksums.

Thanks Phoenix I'll give it a shot after work. Where can I get the universal patcher from?

The can not update plugins is because you dont have the matching gm checksum plugin. Its generally only used for the OS segment, and when your tuning your generally only making calibration changes. So, you can usually ignore this message. You can use pcmhammer to validate the file without a pcm and without flashing it and that'll confirm if the checksums that matter are updating or not.
Have you read the FAQ? For lots of information and links to significant threads see here: http://pcmhacking.net/forums/viewtopic.php?f=7&t=1396

Ok cool thanks Antus. I only want change a few things like torque management and abuse management. Any other basic worthwhile changes I should make? Thanks for all your help guys.
