3.2L Frontera with Gen3 LS1 PCM

They go by many names, P01, P59, VPW, '0411 etc. Also covering E38 and newer here.

We got lucky with that vin, and I managed to get some files out of some databases.

Have no idea how it will be gathered in a full binary. Some read dumps will be needed.

We can use mode 23 if supported to get a partial or full bin.

Algo turns out to be $31, and it uses the same registers as 0411.[added a quick diss for exploring]

those files are for us to see what we can learn from them, not for pcmhammer.

It looks like I may have fixed most of the issues once I pulled the throttle body apart & cleaned it up & straightened a few things & assembled it back the correct way...

So is there anymore testing I can do to get PCM support before I hand it back?

Hi, VX L67 Getrag

I make some quick sketch to test the pcm.

This is a script for universal patcher program. It needs MDI or something that support x4 4k transfers.

Hopefully we will get a dump of the pcm and ram.

If not familiar with running scripts I will post some links.

Hi Kur4o,

So sorry I had the car picked up late yesterday evening, hopefully I didn't fix it well enough & it comes back for me to fix further.

But yeah I'm not familiar with running scripts so I will have to google that, thanks SO much I REALLY appreciate it!

Was shopping the other night, saw one of these Isuzu PCM's, it was $20US so I had them throw it in the box, not sure what it is, it looks like a P01 ...

So, I'll have one shortly to play with.
