Tunerpro Coil or spark data

Post by Pete30nz »

Hi there

Does tuner pro allow the vr or vs v6 commodore to see coil / spark data, eg - a miss fire.

If so, do i need to use a different setting, or adx?

Edit: how do you go about this test, other than hands on?

Cheers

I dont think that platform has a way to know if there was a misfire or not. if there were enough of them you'd see the change in the o2 in the exhaust, but its not going to measure against specific misfires.

Hands on, it is.

Probably using one of those spark testers. There's 2 types I've seen.
