Got this bin off a chip today says pxwer chip on the sticker and has 180kw written in pen on it but it was on a dodgy looking socketed memcal can anyone confirm it is a vn v8 pxwerchip
It says something about fueltronics hsv 180kw in hex editor

Its a fueltronics, a SA company that was doing this kind of thing years ago, the guy concerned Martin Donnon is now doing a lot of LSx & f#rd LPG stuff
its probably ok to try out, nothing special though

as these are great starting points to work from
is there any chance someone could do up a basic stock v8 setup without needing sensors/security etc for those people that are looking at fuel injected their old v8s like myself more then likely for now im running 308 with vn v8 heads vn v8 wiring and a camira computer well shortly just got to get fuel pump and throttle body all the wiring i think ive done properly got the camira computer and everything else wired up ready for head and manifold change except fuel pump and finishing of the fuel lines (gets tricky when you decide to do this to a car you drive everyday) and once i have the injection running and i know the wiring is good and everything is working then ill be hopefully finishing my other little motor build which will be replacing the stock motor currently in the car
so ive spent a few hours going through this website so far but figured looking at the other starting points i didnt notice any plain stock v8s without the sensors or whatever that abbreviation is for them that ive seen posted

o and feel free to pm me if you feel like making one just in case i cant work out how to get back to this thread

thankyou all this website is great so far heaps of useful info
