C1 is ignition power on VR Auto.
D1 is battery power

Yes C1 power
D1 Batt Voltage Feed
Both read 12volts

does the coil pack have 12v ? if it does then your issue is probably elsewhere.

Yes power there.
Power everywhere and all sensors working as should.
Everything works 100% just no neg pulse from ecu (both outlets) C15 C16 but they do have positive power.
Have swapped ecu's so problem is not ecu

do you have spark ?

are the plugs wet ?
