I spy with my little eye... a mylink... and instrument cluster :)

That's a carbon fibre panel that's empty. Holden paid 888 to have it made to make it look more like the roadcar. The motec dask is in the carbon pod on the steering column.
Really?? You mean where the mylink is?

Im sure when there have showed in car driving in the supercars... they have stuff up on those screens?? Or.. maybe when they were still and just showing it off?

Both BCM and Instrument cluster need to have the TPMS calibrations flashed in, then the sensors need to be linked to the vehicle... and... wahla!

They have a screen behind them but its not mylink. It has sponsor advertising that cycles. That's it.

Thanks tazzi,

Are these calibrations available using SPS or do the ones for the car need to be modified first and then programmed in? Or can you pick a different VIN calibration (with TPMS) and blow that one in?

Any idea if DRLs staying on at night is a BCM programmable option? I made contact with an American company and they confirmed that the Chev SS DRLs stay on and dim at night time like our HSV's do. No one seems to have an idea with our Series 2 cars here...

The US Chevy SS uses different Drl's and wiring. It's not a bcm programming deal.

It's easy to setup the same thing with a small module and wiring up the parkers to it.

All the vf experts seem to be in this thread already so thought I'd have a better chance of a response if I asked here :)

Currently sussing out putting together a 3.6 turbo sidi setup to go into a vf sedan.

From a software point of view, is it possible for the 6l80e v8 transmission to happily be used in place of the 6l45e originally fitted to the v6 lineup?

Sorry for going off topic.
