I got a vt s/c car to use engine/box for conversion, does anyone have a pcm bin file with vats off ?

all the tools are here if you want to do it yourself, just download tunerpro and the enhanced zip and drag and drop all the files in and find the vats flag and tick it then save the bin and burn it.

Thanks, what do you mean by " find the vats flag and tick it "?, isn't the vats set to "off" in the file already?. With vats-off can I start the car with uncoded key?, or do I have to add start button?.

If it was you wouldn't need to have it disabled.
