Vs ecotec no injector pulse with vats off

Yeah it was erased in the uv eraser for 10min then i did a blank check. I wrote eprom and verify data. It seemed okay the only issue i was having was it wouldn't want to do anything unless "check id" was disabled. The xdf was the matching one to the bin

Probably a connectivity problem between memcal and car or memcal and chip. stick a row of pins in the bottom of the memcal and verify connectivity from pin in memcal bottom to pin on chip. Then check non connectivity between adjacent pins. if all that looks ok make sure you have enough pins to stick in the memcal and like vxl67 said read the memcal in the programmer. You'll find a bad connection or heat damage somewhere if the bin is good. You can get a 2.54mm pin header from jaycar or ebay or similar.
