I did tell a lie before the aldl cable I got off ebay its a delcoecus branded, it comes from the gold coast commodorehackers is the sellers name

Say no more.. contact him for support with that.. his equipment is a world of pain. Sorry cant help you there. Cheap junk in a box. Rather unfortunate that we've spent 5 pages getting that uncovered, and its our product in the title. I think i'll update the title for you.

oh really.......it's only the flash tool that it hasn't done it's job I have been using it with tuner pro for 6months now without issue, and hit hooked up to ose plugin no worries....I will just get another asdl then?

Well it could be a software issue on your laptop too, and if it is then a new interface wont help. Ours are here viewtopic.php?f=14&t=3616 but you should prove if its the interface or the computer first, and you should contact your supplier to do that.

Me and Windows 10 don't see eye to eye.......but will have a crack and see if I can get a result......thanks heaps antus really appreciate the help and the other blokes on the forum for helping as well

windows 10 is just fine, it'll be some third party software you have that most people dont, if its that. or a non-standard configuration. but I think the alternive aldl interface you have has a less common interface chip in it and might have a whole world of driver problems. Not plug n play like the FTDI based chip in ours.
