Ide just bin it they are so cheap .it could be fixable depends if it's a bubbled track on the board or a dead pull up resistor
If Its Got Gas Or Ass Count Me In.if it cant be fixed with a hammer you have an electrical problem

Black smoke all sorted mate? if not try these things:
What fuel reg you running mate?
If its factory setup, check the vac line going to reg or reg itself being wet with fuel inside where vac line goes
