If you flick me a PM Acetek I can send you a beta version of the flashtool that will recover the dead PCMs.

To go to the flash PCM enhanced code working you need to do a write bin initially (answer no to writing the registers), then after that to make your tuning changes just write cal.
Built with spanners, not chopsticks.

Walbro 460lph is gonna suck the swirl pot dry. Factory pump has an ancilliary venturi on the outlet which I'm guessing you haven't implemented to the 460
