Question ik this is a old thread but just doing this now for my s/c v6 vt can connecting the ecu to my laptop with tuner pro open stuff my ecu? i did not do anything while program was open and i did not change anything in the ecu but now when i turn my car to accessorys it make like a indicator sound anf flashed ABS any help would be great

No it cant break or change anything. It can silence the bus while its logging which can trigger some errors on the dash as eg comms with the abs is temporarily blocked. You can clear dtcs manually or i think they'll go away on their own after a couple of normal drives when the dash is satisfied everything is working normally but i dont have the car so im not 100% of that.
